These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Faceless Studio, operated by the Faceless Studio team ("we", "us", or "our"). Please read them carefully before using the platform. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Faceless Studio.
By accessing or using Faceless Studio (facelessstudio.co.in), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
Faceless Studio is an AI-powered content creation platform that automates the generation of faceless videos — including scripts, voiceovers, AI visuals, captions, and final 9:16 MP4 assembly — for use on YouTube, TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other platforms. Access to the service requires a registered account and, for certain features, a paid subscription or credit purchase.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use this service. You must notify us immediately at support@facelessstudio.co.in if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
You agree NOT to use Faceless Studio to:
• Generate content that is illegal, defamatory, hateful, threatening, or discriminatory
• Impersonate any person or entity, or spread deliberate misinformation
• Infringe any third-party intellectual property, copyright, or trademark
• Create spam, bulk unsolicited content, or artificially inflate engagement metrics
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or overload our systems
• Use the platform for any purpose that violates applicable law in your jurisdiction
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without refund.
Faceless Studio operates on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed when you generate videos. Subscription plans provide a monthly credit allocation; unused credits do not roll over unless stated otherwise in your plan.
All payments are processed via Razorpay. Prices are listed in INR for Indian users and USD for international users. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the next billing date. You can cancel anytime from your account settings — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
We do not offer refunds for credits already consumed or for subscription periods already paid, except where required by applicable consumer protection law.
All videos, scripts, voiceovers and visuals generated by Faceless Studio are created by AI. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing and publishing any content before distribution. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content is accurate, original, free from copyright claims, or suitable for any particular platform's policies.
You retain ownership of the final video output you generate using your own topics and inputs. By using the platform, you grant Faceless Studio a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use anonymized usage data and aggregated statistics to improve our services.
When you connect your YouTube account, you authorize Faceless Studio to upload videos on your behalf. You are fully responsible for ensuring that videos you upload comply with YouTube's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and applicable copyright law. Faceless Studio is not liable for content removals, channel strikes, demonetization, or account suspension by YouTube or any other platform.
You may disconnect any third-party integration at any time from your account settings or from the respective platform's permissions page.
The Faceless Studio brand, logo, UI design, source code, and proprietary AI pipeline are owned by us and protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from our platform or branding without written permission. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you except the limited right to use the platform as described.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Faceless Studio and its founders, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for:
• Loss of revenue, data, profits, or business opportunities
• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Service interruptions, API downtime, or AI model output quality
• Actions taken by YouTube, Google, or any other third-party platform based on your content
Our total cumulative liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 30 days preceding the incident.
Faceless Studio is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. AI outputs are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or fit for any purpose. You use the platform at your own risk.
You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms, without prior notice and without refund. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
