Faceless Studio ("we", "us", or "our") operates the website facelessstudio.co.in and related services. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use our platform. By using Faceless Studio, you agree to the practices described here.
We collect information you provide directly when you create an account, such as your name, email address, and payment details. We also collect information automatically when you use our services, including usage data, device information, IP address, and cookies. When you connect a third-party account (such as YouTube), we receive only the permissions you explicitly grant.
We use your information to provide, operate, and improve Faceless Studio. Specifically, we use it to: process your video generation requests; manage your account and subscription; send transactional emails (receipts, alerts, verification); communicate product updates and new features; detect and prevent fraud or abuse; and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data to any third party.
Faceless Studio uses the YouTube API Services to allow you to upload videos directly to your YouTube channel. By connecting your YouTube account, you authorize us to act on your behalf only to upload videos you explicitly submit. We do not read, modify, or delete any existing content on your YouTube channel.
Your use of YouTube features is additionally governed by Google's Terms of Service (https://policies.google.com/terms) and YouTube's Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms). You may revoke Faceless Studio's access to your YouTube account at any time via your Google Account permissions page (https://myaccount.google.com/permissions).
Your data is stored on servers hosted by Railway (infrastructure provider) and Supabase (database). We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit (TLS) and at rest. OAuth tokens for connected accounts are stored encrypted using AES-256. We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
To deliver our service, we share your data with the following third-party providers as necessary:
• OpenAI — script generation and Whisper transcription
• ElevenLabs — AI voiceover generation
• Google / YouTube — video upload (only when you explicitly connect your account)
• Razorpay — payment processing (we never store raw card numbers)
• Amazon S3 — video file storage
• FAL AI — video clip generation
Each provider has its own privacy policy and is contractually bound to handle your data securely.
We use essential cookies to maintain your login session and remember your preferences. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but some parts of the service may not work correctly without them.
You have the right to: access a copy of the personal data we hold about you; correct inaccurate data; request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten"); withdraw consent for any data processing based on consent; and data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email us at support@facelessstudio.co.in and we will respond within 30 days.
Faceless Studio is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us immediately and we will delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If the changes are material, we will notify you by email or via an in-app notice at least 7 days before the change takes effect. Continued use of Faceless Studio after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
